You can be ready to launch this Sunday.

This kit is built the way the campaigns that actually spread through thousands of churches are built: one message, reinforced across the sermon, the small groups, and a personal takeaway, with a clear start and a clear finish. You don't need to write anything from scratch. Adapt freely — these notes are a strong starting point, not a script you're locked into.

Sermon prep: under an hour per week if you're preaching from the notes as-is; less if you play the Week 1 video.
Small groups: launch the same week as Sunday 1 — don't wait a week, or you lose the momentum of the opening message.
Latecomers: each week stands on its own big idea, so anyone joining mid-series isn't lost — point them to the sermon notes page to catch up in five minutes.

BEFORE WEEK 1

A short pre-launch checklist

Pick your 4 Sundays and put them on the calendar, including a kickoff and a closing week.
Decide: are you preaching Week 1 yourself, or playing the pre-recorded video? Either is fine — just confirm it two weeks out so your tech team can prep.
Recruit and brief your small group leaders using the Small Group Guide — a single 20-minute leader huddle is usually enough.
Announce the series the Sunday before launch, and open small group sign-ups immediately.
Optional: order copies of Your Life Signature for your resource table or bulk-gift to small group leaders — not required to run the series.

01	Find Your Purpose	Session 1 — same theme	Preach the general outline, or play Benjamin's own "Swords and Shovels" video sermon instead. Launch group sign-ups from the stage.
02	Lessons from the Burning Bush	Session 2 — same theme	Passion, Gift, and Burden all in one message. Give the room a minute to name each one honestly.
03	Your Life Signature	Session 3 — same theme	The convergence message, with Nimrod and Noah as one section (not the whole sermon) showing that convergence still has to be aimed somewhere. This is the emotional high point of the series.
04	Start at Home	Session 4 — closing session	The send-off. The Window Exercise works well as a take-home challenge before this Sunday.

Kickoff & closing ideas

Kickoff Sunday

Lobby banner or bulletin insert with the series title and the 4 week titles.
A single line in the welcome: "for the next 4 weeks, we're asking one question together — what makes you irreplaceable?"
Small group sign-up table or QR code at every exit.

Closing Sunday

Week 3's convergence message is the emotional high point — Week 4 is the send-off, built around the Window Exercise and starting at home.
Invite a few people to share what they're doing differently at home this week, if your church culture allows it.
Point people toward ongoing groups and, if it fits, the book Your Life Signature — lightly, not as a hard sell.

Can I adapt or rewrite the sermon notes?

Yes, completely. These are a starting outline, not a script — add your own stories, adjust the length, use your own illustrations. The scripture anchors and big ideas are what keep the whole church aligned week to week; everything else is yours to shape.

Do I need to buy the book for everyone in my church?

No. The campaign stands on its own with the sermon notes and small group guide. The book is a good optional next step for people who want to go deeper on their own after the series ends.

Can multi-site or multi-campus churches run this the same week?

Yes — the notes are built so any campus pastor or video venue can deliver the same message, and the Week 1 video option works well for a shared multi-site kickoff.

What if someone joins a small group in week 2 or 3?

Each session opens with a short recap of the previous week, so a new person can follow along immediately. Point them to the sermon notes page if they want the full context.

Is there a cost to any of this?
